Thank you for considering our Cabin Rentals for your visit to Cape Cod.

To make a reservation with us, Please fill out the contact us form.

Please be sure to tell us when you are planning your visit and which cabin(s) you prefer in the Notes box on the contact us page..

Payments
Rentals are paid in 2 payments: Deposit and Final payment. We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal Checks (one month in advance), Travelers Checks, Bank Check

Deposit: First payment is made once the reservation is confirmed and the cabin is on hold for you. Please priority mail a personal check to:

Final Payment: The second payment is made 30 days prior to arrival. All payments are mailed to the same address via priority mail.

Last Minute Reservation: Last minute reservations are paid in full at time of reservation. No cash payments, please.

Fees: Cleaning fee applies to all rentals. Before every arrival, the rental is professionally cleaned and clean linens are in every cabin. If you are bringing a good pet, a pet fee applies. If you are towing something large and it needs a huge parking space, a fee applies. No room tax or Sales tax.
We do not use any Realtor. No rental contract fee.
We do have a rental contract if requested.

Refund/ Cancellations: If a cancellation is made and a new customer is found for the same rental for the same rate, all money is returned. If not, no refund.
No refunds for early departures.
