Guest Reminders

Here is additional information that you may need after booking a rental with us.:

  • Upon your arrival: Drive directly to the cabin. Each cabin has designated parking. The door should be open and a key inside. Someone will be over to greet you once we see that you have arrived. Your rental should be paid in full. If additional parking for a boat trailer is needed, please get a parking assignment prior to arrival via email.
  • Pool: Our Pool is a salt water pool and heated pool. It is shared by everyone on the property. No lifeguard is on duty and swim at your own risk. Children 16 years and younger must have adult supervision. No rough behavior or running at the pool. Anyone disturbing other guests will be asked to leave the pool area. Our pool is fully fenced and secure. Pool lounge chairs, umbrellas, and tables are provided. Any pool toys left at the pool are available for anyone to use. Please no glass containers in the pool area. Pool hours: Daily 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Beach: Nearest Beach is Parker’s River Beach. Left out our driveway. The Beach is down Pine Grove for one mile. All beaches require a parking fee. We do not sell passes for the beaches. They can be purchased at each beach or at the Town Hall on Rt. 28. Beaches within 3 miles: Parker’s River Beach, Smugglers Beach, Windmill, Seagull, Englewood, West Dennis. See the closest beaches here.
  • Grills: Grills are placed at the larger cabins. Other grills are set in areas for anyone to use. There is a large grill on the patio near the playhouse for anyone to use. We have plenty of grills for everyone. We have both Weber Charcoal and Gas Grills. We do not provide charcoal or refill propane in the propane tanks. It is your choice if you want to fill the propane tank. Please do not use charcoal in gas grills! This will ruin the gas feed in the grill. Picnic tables are provided at every cabin.
  • Bikes: We have a supply of kid bikes and a few adult bikes that are old. They are free for everyone to use but please return them to the bike rack after using.
  • Playground and Playhouse: The playground is a beach sand base. It is soft. Please supervise your children. There are toys at the playground for everyone to share. Please pick up after your child. The playhouse is a place for the kids to play games and make friends. It is shared by all.
  • Fire pit: Fire wood is provided. The fire pit can be used at any time. Please supervise your children. Marshmallow ideas: Finding your own custom roasting stick is fun. Rolling your marshmallow goo in Cocoa Krispies or Rice Krispies is great. All time favorite is graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows. Limit 2 per child to avoid a belly ache. Bring your bottle of water too. These gooey things make them thirsty.
  • Laundry room is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The machines are coin operated. Cost is $2 wash and $2 dry. Clotheslines are provided for drying.
  • Bring your own paper products, trash bags, charcoal and towels. We do rent bath towels for a fee.
  • Baby Items: We have several baby items for you to borrow if needed. Highchairs, pack and play beds, baby swings at the playground, trikes, toddler climber and toys.
  • All trash is disposed of in the dumpster by the customer. Please do not leave trash outside your rental. The dumpster is located near the volleyball area and behind the laundry room. If you want to recycle your glass and bottles, we have blue trash cans for recycling disposal. The liquor store next to the Bowling Alley and Post office does recycle. Make a left out of the driveway down Rt28 one mile on your right.
  • The property has an attendant or manager at all times.
  • Office is located at Cabin 11. Manager is Audrey DiGiovanni cell# 617-640-3054.
  • Loud Music or Loud Behavior will be addressed by the manager. Visitors will be asked to leave the property. This is a family vacation property. Proper behavior for children to see is expected.
